History

Amr Radwan is a second generation capital projects professional, having been raised on Bechtel family housing in the Middle East at the King Khaled International Airport project. His love for construction was fostered throughout his childhood, and he began his career through project controls working for the worlds leading firms. Recognizing traditional project controls and project management was not the best way to executed project in the current era, he began pushing for automation and integration of departments, leveraging modern tools and techniques for better outcomes.

On the contractor side, he honed his preconstruction skills, leveraging Kanbans and VDC to improve turnarounds on GMPs by 60% and reducing RFI’s by 50%. As a Program Manager for a major airport authority, he used daily kanbans and fostered relationships with A/E’s, multiple contractors, and city support departments to bring the Houston Hobby International Airport expansion back to its required completion date.

Lean PCI is a manifestation of that experience. Under its previous name, Lean PCI has delivered results for over 10 years while supported government agencies and contractors in the federal space through multiple design-build programs, and well as aviation infrastructure owners through critical, large-scale programs. We have led programs, advised owners, provided cost and schedule support, facilitated improved execution methodology deployment, and transformed organizations with new technology and streamlined process. Amr Radwan

From cost engineering to program management, Amr has worked for the largest names in the engineering and construction industry. He has experience from every angle of the capital project, in the aviation, energy, power, government, and hi-tech manufacturing industries, and has supported clients in traditional and alternative project delivery methods. In addition, Amr is an experienced organizational development consultant and leadership coach, and has helped transform entities to improve outcomes.
